Product Description |
A powerful, convenient alternative to the conventional petrol or mains powered lawn mowers. Lightweight compared to other cylinder mowers and by removing the battery you can drop the weight by a further 5.5kg and use it as a push power mower. This battery has a very impressive 7Ah capacity able to cut approx. 500sq metres on a single charge.
The cylinder blade cutting system is more efficient than rotary types and produces a much cleaner cut, this in turn help keep your lawn healthy. The battery is easy to remove and replace and is locked into position by laying its handle down. A removable key immobilises the product so it can be left safely in gardens where children are around.
The Handle parks vertically which means it doesn't take up much room when being stored. The onboard electronics protect the motor, battery and mechanics from overloading due to the blades stalling or similar and also warns you when the battery is nearly depleted, and will break the circuit before any damage can be done to the battery.
To start the mower a double action system is installed for safety but the full width trigger can be held with either hand.

I've had this mower for a year now. I loved it last summer and having just pulled it out for the first mow after the winter, I love it even more!
Over the weekend I noticed the grass was quite matted and looked a bit tatty after the winter of snow and gloom. I took it out of the shed and dropped the battery in and was off and mowing instantly, no fuel and no cables. We had a petrol mower before this, my wife could never start it so I was the only one mowing the grass, not anymore.
Last summer the wife was doing the grass while I was at work, she loved the lines and the smooth finish, even the first mow after the winter made lines.
I would never buy a mains powered mower, the petrol ones are noisy, messy and just a pain to use.
I recommend this mower to anyone, my garden has 2 levels, both about 6m square and I've cut both levels twice on one charge, I haven't run out of juice yet and I can't fault the finish. |

| I bought one of these mowers earlier in the year for my dad, as he has quite a large lawn and he is always moaning about tripping over wires and it taking hours to cut the grass. He has been delighted with this model - its really efficient, it cuts grass brilliantly and the fact it is cordless means he's not tripping over wires or having to use multiple extension leads. The mower is great quality too. |

General use - It's easy to start up and use. The height settings are easy to adjust and I get a very close cut with the lowest setting. It takes me about 10 minutes to cut my lawn, approx 30ft x 20ft. The grass collector box is very easy to remove & empty.
Storage - Doesn't take up much space as you can push the handle forward so that it's vertical & the grass box detaches and folds flat.
Battery charging - 1st charge does take a while, think it was about 14 hours but thereafter topping it up has been pretty quick and there's a handy indicator light on the charger that turns green when the battery's fully charged.
CEL - emailed them to query delivery, they responded promptly but also sent me advice on using the mower, must have realised that I was a novice! They also encouraged me to contact them if I had any queries in future - great product and service. |
